Jobs and anxiety is a very difficult mix. If it is general anxiety you might be worried about all parts of a job and it is very hard . It is important to remember in these difficult times why a job is necessary. It is important to have social interaction each day and a purpose to get up in the morning. Also money for a better quality life. It is very hard to live hardly being able to afford anything good for yourself and takes the enjoyment from life as you can't afford much fun things. 1.More confidence. You are slowly improving your confidence when you work to try new things and proving to yourself you can achieve what anyone else can.
2. You are getting out and socialising even if it's just with work colleagues it is still human interaction.
3 You are getting money every hour you work so remember that !
4. You can afford a better life with more money so life should be more enjoyable overall.
5. It is good to have a purpose and do something helpful but it is also vital for good mental health to have a purpose.

Self Care Tips

1. Treat yourself ! You deserve treats on the days off so enjoy the money and go buy treats for yourself.
2. Get plenty of rest inbetween work. This is important for energy and to not get as overwhelmed at work.
